Yoga Session
To balance health, Ayurveda uses diet, habit changes, herbs, body treatments and Yoga as therapy.
Ayurvedic yoga is a traditional Indian system of therapy.
By incorporating Ayurveda into our yoga practice we will gain a greater understanding of our nature, so the practice will be relevant to who we are and our particular condition at the time of the practice.
In our yoga sessions we will use the physiological model of Ayurveda to understand on a deeper level what the real needs are for a balanced life.
After the initial consultation, you will receive an e-mail with a detailed class plan with some Ayurvedic tips that you can apply in your daily life.
